Our client is an International Firm based in Dublin 2. They have a vacancy for a Marketing Manager with 8 years+ relevant experience ideally within professional services. The chosen candidate will report into the Regional Head of Marketing and will manage the Dublin-based Marketing team. The Role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of marketing and events professionals.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the Dublin office's goals and its practice groups, proactively developing and executing initiatives to support these objectives.
  • Ensure that marketing activities are aligned with corresponding business development strategies and plans.
  • Assess the effectiveness of key marketing campaigns and adjust future strategies based on return on investment.
  • Utilise effective communication channels to promote thought leadership and enhance the office's public profile.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Manager to craft appropriate messaging for various communications.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage the Dublin office's corporate sponsorships and partnerships, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Work closely with the Digital & Creative Services team to produce compelling content.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of necessary marketing collateral, both printed and digital.
  • Integrate insights from marketing campaigns into the BD/CRM plans.
  • Manage the Dublin office's events team to ensure the execution of events that support strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other jurisdictions to foster coordination, share best practices, and continuously improve marketing efforts.
  • Manage the marketing budget for the Dublin office.
  • Contribute to key projects within the Business Development and Marketing team.

The Candidate:

  • 8 years+ experience in a Marketing ideally within a professional services environment.
  • BA degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant degree.
  • Ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organisation, demonstrating enthusiasm and initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage a varied and consistent workload.
  • Skilled in working under pressure, managing multiple ongoing projects with tight deadlines and budgets, while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to understand and respond quickly to the needs of senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team, building relationships with both local and global marketing teams.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
