Marketing Manager Role

As an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong digital focus, you will be responsible for our local Marketing and Digital Lead Generation Strategy. Your goal is to build local brand awareness, drive online sales, and increase website traffic. Reporting to the Managing Director and with a matrix reporting line to our group marketing function in Germany, you will be a key member of the management team.

The ideal candidate is passionate, energetic, analytical, and creative, with proven digital experience in online lead generation, content creation, and digital sales and marketing strategy. You should quickly grasp our solutions' value proposition, brand, and tone of voice. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, adapt global standards to local needs, and manage digital marketing activities independently are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Define local marketing strategies aligned with global objectives, focusing on digital marketing to support growth plans.
  • Drive and optimize lead and sales generation activities to increase online and assisted sales through local branches.
  • Collaborate with global marketing and local management to identify trends, develop content plans, and create assets for various audiences.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track spending, and evaluate impact and performance.
  • Monitor and report on website and campaign performance with clear, concise reports.
  • Adapt global content or create local content tailored to target audiences.
  • Implement and manage employer branding activities in collaboration with HR, promoting GRENKE's core values and positioning the company as a "Great Place to Work".
  • Organize and oversee events, including online events, with appropriate materials and within budget.
Requirements
  • Academic degree in marketing, digital marketing, business administration, communication sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a marketing environment.
