Overview

A market-leading real estate investment firm in Dublin is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager/ Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a prestigious, high-end office building in Dublin 2. Responsibilities
  • Manage all hard and soft services across the building, ensuring high standards of operation and tenant satisfaction.
  • Be the face of the building — delivering an exceptional experience for occupiers and visitors through outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee service providers and contractors, ensuring compliance with SLAs and H&S regulations.
  • Manage budgets, service charge reporting, and contribute to capex planning.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure preventative and reactive maintenance is carried out effectively.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing Grade A office properties.
  • A customer-first mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong technical/FM knowledge and contractor management experience.
  • Minimum 4 years direct hard Facilities Management experience in a large commercial building.
  • IWFM or related qualifications are desirable.
