Social Care Workers

Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) supports people with physical/intellectual disabilities and autism. CCoI operates Residential and Day Services across 16 locations, supporting residents and day-attendees to live ordinary, fulfilling lives.

We are currently recruiting for Social Care Workers to join our team in Dunshane, Naas, Co. Kildare.

Job Details
  • Title: Social Care Worker
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Salary: €36,379 - €52,445 per annum

You will work as part of a dedicated team, with a competitive salary and opportunities for collaborative learning within a leading national organization.

Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of Level 7 on the QQI Framework (BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent in Health or Social Care).
  • At least 1 year of experience working with vulnerable adults or those with intellectual disabilities.
  • Understanding of current policies and developments in social care for disability services.
  • Ability to develop, evaluate, and contribute to care plans.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Full driver's license and access to own car are essential.
