Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Employment Relations Consultant to provide exceptional HR support in a fast-paced environment. You'll work with a talented team, delivering high-quality HR solutions across various sectors. This role demands a deep understanding of HR law and best practices, combined with a commercial perspective to effectively support and advise clients.

The Role
  • Offer expert HR & Employment Law guidance to clients.
  • Design and implement tailored HR solutions for diverse industries.
  • Lead complex workplace investigations, including Dignity and Respect at Work, Disciplinary, and Grievance issues.
  • Deliver practical advice via on-site, telephone, video, and email communications.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Stay updated on Employment Law and HR trends.
  • Create and present content for seminars and training workshops.
  • Contribute to developing new compliance products.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet client needs.
  • Review and advise on client policies to ensure legal compliance.
  • Draft content for employment law publications.
  • Perform other duties as required.
What You Bring to the Team
  • Degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in an HR role with experience in policy and procedural advice.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employment Law in various workplace settings.
  • Strong commercial acumen and adaptability.
  • Proficient in researching, writing, and presenting HR materials.
  • Excellent communication, administrative, and project management skills.
  • Team player with a proactive, innovative approach.
  • Proficient in Windows and computer applications.
  • Own transport with a full clean driving license and appropriate insurance.
