The Role:
We seek an experienced Account Executive to generate incremental sales revenue, meet quarterly and annual targets, and develop new business independently. You will communicate Nitro's value to decision makers, demonstrating how our solutions enhance productivity, security, and sustainability. Effective time and customer engagement management are essential, as is acting as a trusted advisor during the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop a network within your territory to acquire new clients
- Engage and collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline
- Understand pipeline development and diversification, managing coverage to meet targets
- Use time and intelligence effectively to move prospects through the sales cycle
- Create and execute Mutual Action Plans to achieve goals
- Develop business cases demonstrating productivity gains by industry vertical
- Maintain regular contact through calls, emails, and InMail to advance sales conversations
- Manage sales activities and forecast revenue in Salesforce
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and German
- BA/BS or equivalent; business specialization preferred
- At least 2 years of SaaS sales experience
- Proven ability to establish and develop strategies within assigned territory
- Track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience as a net-new business hunter with pipeline management skills
