Location/Office Policy: Hybrid, Central Park (2 days a week in the office, moving to 3 days in office from Jan 2026)

• The Data & Analytics Delivery team drives strategic data changes for the bank using Agile data management practices.
• This role needs an experienced leader with a strong record in developing and delivering reliable data solutions.
  
  

What Is The Role

The Data Delivery Manager is instrumental in implementing the business change strategy, working under the guidance of the Head of Delivery and collaborating with senior stakeholders throughout the organisation.

Key accountabilities;

• Lead and deliver regulatory and strategic projects using Agile methods, ensuring plans align with expectations and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices in data quality.
• Engage with key stakeholders to ensure solutions meet current and future business needs.
• Clearly communicate impacts, outcomes, and benefits of programme solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Apply a comprehensive approach when analysing and defining programme solutions.
• Address escalated risks and issues or escalate them appropriately with solution options.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture by actively promoting and embodying core organisational values in all aspects of work, encouraging collaboration, respect, and continuous professional growth.
  
  

What you Will Bring ;

• Demonstrated expertise in delivering strategic data change programmes, including the ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver complex projects to tight deadlines, while effectively managing resources and stakeholder expectations
• Proven track record improving data quality within enterprise data governance or management
• Understanding of data quality issues in financial services and sustainable solutions
• Knowledge with data collection, storage, and relevant software/tools
• Strong grasp of data analytics and measurement principles
• Excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem solver
• Banking customer and credit systems experience preferred
