A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support the implementation of a new HR system while managing core HR processes. This is a hands-on, office-based role offering exposure to both project delivery and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with HR system rollout: data migration, testing and documentation
- Coordinate training sessions and support end-user queries
- Maintain employee records and prepare HR documentation
- Support recruitment, onboarding and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and assist with reporting and audits
- HR admin experience, ideally within a systems upgrade or implementation
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS experience a plus
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
