Job Opportunity: Financial Reporting Analyst

Our client is dedicated to excellence and innovation in investment solutions, managing assets across a variety of portfolios. This organization seeks a skilled Financial Reporting Analyst to enhance their Finance Department, aiding in the strategic analysis and reporting necessary for continued success and growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and present accurate statutory financial reports in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to extract actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the fund accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance across all managed funds.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing regulations and practices within financial reporting to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the financial reporting process.
Key Skills
  • Profound understanding and experience in Statutory Reporting and fund accounting according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from management and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and adherence to tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
