  • Register and check in visiting guests in accordance with guest policies.
  • Provide orientation of spaces and relevant information for first-time visitors.
  • Issue and collect keys from members and guests as needed.
  • Keep the front desk clean, organized and free of clutter.
  • Notify members of food deliveries and packages.
Member Engagement
  • Learn member and guest names and get to know their businesses to build a sense of community.
  • Keep relevant member notes and information in WeWork systems.
  • Answer questions knowledgeably and offer appropriate WeWork products and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to celebrate members' successes and milestones.
  • Explain WeWork policies and procedures to members and guests.
  • Recommend local restaurants, delivery services, catering options, team outing venues, post office, shipping, and supply resources.
Building Operations and Management

  • Monitor spaces and make adjustments as needed (e.g., tidying, restocking, resets).
  • Maintain building amenities (e.g., treat bowl, keycards, printers).
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly, escalating and recording as needed.
