• Previous experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Professional, confident, and welcoming, with a guest-first attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Opera/Hotsoft or similar hotel systems
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the wider team
• Flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused approach

• Act as the first point of contact for all wedding and event enquiries (phone, email, or walk-ins)
• Conduct property showarounds and consultations with prospective clients and couples
• Manage all event bookings from initial enquiry through to successful delivery
• Prepare and distribute detailed function sheets for all relevant departments
• Ensure smooth communication and handovers to the operations team
• Work towards and exceed wedding and event sales targets
• Represent the hotel with professionalism and warmth throughout the client journey
• Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of event facilities, packages, and pricing
• Attend management meetings and contribute to the overall success of the events department
