Overview

Your Role at a Glance: As Food & Beverage Manager, you'll take ownership of restaurant and bar operations—championing quality, consistency, and excellence at every turn. You'll work closely with the senior management team to deliver seamless service and memorable moments for every guest.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations across food & beverage outlets with precision and flair
  • Train, coach, and inspire front-of-house teams to exceed expectations
  • Deliver consistently high guest satisfaction through proactive service and attention to detail
  • Drive event and promotional success in collaboration with marketing
  • Monitor stock levels, service standards, and hygiene compliance
  • Cultivate a motivated, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
