OverviewThe Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with customers in the Foodservice and Wholesale sectors across UK&I. You will work closely with all internal departments — including purchasing, planning, finance, production, quality, and logistics — to ensure customer satisfaction and help drive business growth. The company is a market-leading production company with a strong reputation in the FMCG sector across the UK and Ireland, headquartered in Co. Donegal. They are known for their commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities- Build and manage relationships with Foodservice and Wholesale customers in GB and Ireland
- Meet sales targets and performance goals
- Deal with customer queries and solve problems quickly
- Work closely with different teams to meet customer needs
- Understand customer plans and highlight any issues in monthly sales meetings
- Learn how pricing and customer contracts work
- Share customer feedback on service, products, and delivery
- Attend trade shows to promote the company and find new customers
- Help renew yearly contracts with customers
- Take part in market research and help develop new products
- Keep an eye on competitors and suggest ways to improve our offering
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management in FMCG
- Able to travel occasionally in GB and throughout Ireland
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good with numbers and confident using data
- Friendly, professional, and able to build strong relationships
- Good at managing time and handling multiple tasks
- Full UK or Irish driving licence
