Business Opportunity:

We are seeking a commercially driven professional to support and grow relationships with key retail customers across Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including promotional calendars and pricing files.
  • Manage relationships with major Irish grocery retailers.
  • Prepare and manage Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and sales proposals.
  • Track performance metrics, forecast volumes, and report results to senior leadership.
  • Cross-functionally coordinate with planning, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Attend monthly buyer meetings and contribute to planning and follow-up actions.
  • Liaise with field and van sales teams to align execution on the ground.
  • Conduct trade visits and in-store audits.
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience in sales, commercial support, or account management (ideally FMCG or food sector).
  • Strong commercial instincts and understanding of volume, margin, and promotional levers.
  • Detail-oriented with good reporting, Excel, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable communicating with internal teams and retail buyers.
  • Experience with Irish retail or foodservice channels is preferred.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Agri-Business, or Food Science.
