They are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graduate Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed architectural drawings and plans.
  2. Produce technical drawings, 3D models, and BIM models using Revit (Mandatory)
  3. Ensure all designs comply with building regulations, codes, and standards.
  4. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and provide technical support.
  5. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  6. Assist in the preparation of planning applications and other regulatory submissions.
  7. Perform quality assurance checks on all architectural documents and drawings.
  8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology in Ireland. TUD, DkIT, MTU, SETU (preferred)
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an architectural technologist role in the Irish industry.
  3. Proficiency in, actively using Revit currently in an Irish Architectural Firm (Mandatory)
  4. Strong knowledge of building regulations and codes in Ireland.
  5. Excellent technical drawing and design skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. A portfolio demonstrating your technical skills and previous projects (to be sent with CV)
