TTM Healthcare is pleased to partner with an independent 40-bedded nursing home in South Galway to recruit an experienced Director of Nursing.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional seeking a leadership role outside of a busy urban environment. Candidates relocating with their family may benefit from support in securing suitable accommodation through the nursing home.
The successful candidate will work closely with a General Manager who brings over 25 years of outstanding management and commercial experience in the care of older persons, providing strong leadership and operational support.
We are seeking a Director of Nursing with exceptional people management skills, a clear vision for the future, and a genuine passion for leading and inspiring a team dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care for older adults.

Salary: €70k to €80k per annum
Requirements:
- BSc in Nursing
- Active NMBI
- 3 out of the last 5 years working in a management position in an elderly care setting
- Management qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in an Irish nursing home - essential
