Our client is a leading property surveying company that specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of all damp, mould, and water ingress issues in various types of properties across Ireland.

Due to an ever-growing demand for their services, they are seeking talented Building Surveyor professionals to join their busy, dynamic team.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of onsite Building Surveying experience. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Carry out in-depth onsite inspections.
  2. Prepare comprehensive reports.
  3. Keep all information updated on company systems.
  4. Customer follow-up where required.
  5. Ability to communicate with clients.
  6. Ability to sell onsite.
  7. Ability to plan, manage, and monitor surveys and works.
  8. Liaise directly with Operations and Administration Divisions to schedule all surveys and works.
  9. Ensure compliance with current Building Controls and Health and Safety regulations.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Knowledge and Experience Required
  1. Building Surveyor with a minimum of 2-3 years onsite experience.
  2. Exceptional communication skills.
  3. Sales experience is an advantage.
  4. Accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential.
  6. Strong computer skills; knowledge of Office 365 is essential.
  7. Approachable and friendly communication manner.
  8. Efficient time management.
  9. Good understanding and knowledge of buildings must be evident.
  10. Ability to work on own initiative.

Nationwide coverage will be required. Job Type: Full-time. The salary is negotiable. A branded company vehicle, laptop, and company phone will be provided.
