My client is a leading aircraft lessor recruiting a Legal Administrator to join its legal operations team in Dublin.

Responsibilities

  • Support legal and commercial teams with administrative and document preparation tasks
  • Coordinate travel, visas, and calendar management for legal leadership
  • Process legal invoices and attorney expenses in line with billing guidelines
  • Maintain legal records and oversee documentation compliance
  • Assist in drafting, formatting and managing legal correspondence and reports

Requirements

  • 2–4 years' experience in a legal support or administrative role, preferably in aviation or leasing
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organisational skills in a fast-paced setting
