Principal Recruitment Consultant | Hybrid | Dublin

Are you thinking about the next step in your career?

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior colleague to join Cpl's Science & Engineering Team. This is a full recruiter role where you will build on existing client relationships within the Life Sciences market. Due to internal restructuring and promotions, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to come into a very warm Life Sciences technical desk. You will work on some of the largest accounts in Ireland and collaborate with our Life Sciences teams and clients in the UK, Switzerland, USA, Canada, and beyond. You will also develop and manage new client relationships and business opportunities. Additionally, you will mentor and support the existing team of high-performing recruiters and be involved in the strategic growth of our temp and contract business in Ireland and internationally.

This role provides a unique learning experience and the chance to work alongside the most established science and engineering recruitment leaders in the Irish market.

Experience Required:
  • Proven track record in contingent recruitment within a technical field. Experience in Life Sciences is preferred but all technical disciplines will be considered.
  • Excellent relationship development skills, with experience in business development and account management.
