The Role

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full 360° recruitment process, building and nurturing both client and candidate relationships. You'll bring industry insight, a proactive mindset, and a proven track record of success to help drive our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage and develop your own portfolio of clients and candidates


• Attend client meetings to understand hiring needs and offer strategic guidance


• Write and post job adverts to attract high-calibre candidates


• Screen, interview, and shortlist applicants


• Provide interview preparation and feedback to candidates


• Negotiate offers and secure placements


• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs and targets


• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and candidate movements

Requirements


• Demonstrable experience as a Recruitment Consultant (ideally 2+ years)


• Strong track record in billing and business development


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven


• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment


• Familiar with recruitment CRM systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)


• Sector-specific experience is desirable but not essential
