Our consultants provide recruitment consulting services across Accountancy, Tax, Sales & Marketing, Legal, Risk & Compliance. We now seek to hire an experienced recruiter to complement our existing team and expand our service offerings.

As a small and growing agency, we are in a position to offer quick career progression within the short and medium term.

Requirements

While we are open to a variety of backgrounds and are keen to speak with talented and ambitious recruiters, we are primarily keen to speak with individuals who have recruited in the following areas:

  • IT

Remuneration: We remunerate at the upper end of the market and have a strong commission structure with no thresholds. We value ambitious personalities and our benefits structure rewards individuals seeking a career with us and offer short, medium- and long-term incentives to achieve this.

As a company, we are fully online and use a minimum number of specific systems to ensure that technology supports the business effectively.

Who will you be?

An experienced recruiter looking for a position whereby you can exert greater influence and autonomy on the management of your desk. Somebody who is ambitious and seeking an opportunity where hard work and results are rewarded with faster advancement than in traditional agencies.

You will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in recruitment. There is no experience cap with this role so individuals with longer tenure within the industry are also encouraged to apply.
