KNOW THE ROLE
As the Fashion Production Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating shoots according to deliveries and budgets. Integral to our workflow and process, each day will involve communicating with freelance shoot talent and liaising with Casting, Photography, Styling and Product team ensuring effective scheduling according to brand direction and team skillsets.
Reporting into the Head of Art and Creation Direction, this role demands a team player who is eager to learn and can grasp new information and systems quickly. You will also showcase flexibility in your ways of working, think outside of the box, and bring new ideas to the team.
This opportunity is for someone who has previously worked in fashion who is highly organised, enthusiastic, a problem solver and thrives in a fast-paced reactive environment.
- With impeccable organisation skills, you will have exemplary communication skills, which can build lasting relationships with 3rd Parties, Stakeholders (Internal & External) and Key Industry Figures alike.
- Managing the freelance talent availability calendar and communicating optioning, booking and releasing. Liaising with photography, styling and product teams to ensure effective scheduling according to brand direction and sending call sheets. Raising POs for freelance talent and dealing with any queries regarding the payment process. Inputting spend into cost tracker.
- Manage the set-up, administration, pre-production, post-production and logistic implementation of creative shoots.
- Provisionally booking, optioning, and confirming shoot teams; locations, studios, product and travel logistics - ensuring transparency of cost, and rigid budget control.
- Diligence in Budget Management on all projects.
- Support the Head of Art Direction in their role day to day.
- Managing creative team booking for events and fashion shows.

- Experience in the full production of fashion show and shoots.
- Passion for fashion & styling with demonstrated experience of creative influence.
- Highly organised with an ability to work on your own and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong communication skills both spoken and written.
- Excellent attention to detail.
