About the Role

Cpl Healthcare, working closely with Pfizer, invites applications for an Artwork Planning Co-ordinator to join their team at the Newbridge site for an 11-month fixed-term contract. This is an onsite-based role.

Responsibilities

  • Packaging Component Change Management: ensuring accurate creation, maintenance, and technical approval of all artworks, packaging, and associated documentation and systems in line with regulatory implementation timelines.
  • Liaising with plant, markets, and outsourced artwork creation centres for issues related to artwork changes and new artwork development to ensure supply of packaged products meets customer needs compliant with Marketing Authorisations.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Supporting Detail Artwork:
    • Responsible for creating artwork briefs and completion of Machine Compatibility Technical Reviews.
