The Galway Bay Hotel are now recruiting aReceptionistto join our great team.

This role requires Monday to Friday availability.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all calls in a timely and friendly manner
  • Transfer all calls as appropriate
  • Provide our guests with details of hotel and local amenities and attractions
  • Work as part of, and support, the Reception Team
  • Follow the day-to-day procedures of guest
  • Dealing with and resolving guest queries

Skills

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Fluent level of both written and spoken English
  • Excellent telephone manner
