Getting to the Heart of the matter Cardiology SpecialistTERRITORY MANAGER – EAST/SOUTH IRELAND
OVERVIEW:
Our client is truly making a difference in the lives of patients around the world. They are a market leader in the marketing and manufacturing of proprietary medical devices.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Territory Manager with a focus on Cardiology & Interventional Radiology, to utilize their skills in the East or South of Ireland.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and existing accounts by meeting regularly to present and demonstrate products, and explain their benefits.
- Identify potential customers and introduce them to the company's products.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve it.
- Prepare customized drawings for clients needing special kits or manifolds.
- Submit pricing contracts and follow up to increase sales volume and profitability.
- Resolve manufacturing or delivery issues with clients.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales staff to ensure timely and adequate product shipment, stay informed about new products, and provide feedback for product improvement.
- Make pricing decisions within authorized limits to optimize sales and profits.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and participate in sales training and planning meetings.
- Maintain knowledge about company and competitor products.
- Set and achieve personal sales goals.
- Contribute to team efforts to increase market share and improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- At least 3 years' experience in Medical Device sales.
- Experience in Cardiology & Interventional Radiology is preferred.
- Clinical sales experience is essential.
- Proven ability to sell to healthcare professionals, particularly clinicians.
- Must reside in the East or South of Ireland.
