Job Description:Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a warm and welcoming environment? The Glengarriff Park Hotel is currently inviting applications for the role of Hotel Receptionist. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a professional, friendly team where high standards and teamwork are at the core of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome each guest with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and memorable journey from check-in to check-out.
- Manage reception duties including handling reservations, processing payments, and responding to guest requests with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Provide expert knowledge about the hotel's services and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Work closely with the Hotel Manager to continually improve service quality and exceed guest expectations.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar front-of-house or receptionist role, ideally within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in fluent English, both written and verbal.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
