We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warranty Analyst & Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty-related processes, analyzing data, providing coaching and support to the Volkswagen Group Ireland dealer network across all 6 brands, and ensuring compliance with OEM policies and procedures. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a field-based role that will require the successful candidate to travel nationally 3-4 days per week across the VWGI dealer network and also attend international business meetings as the needs arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Systems:
- Manage Labour Rate (WLR) applications.
- Coordinate month-end Provision release Reporting & CUBE Reporting to brands.
- Develop Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Administer OEM Systems.
- Steer warranty KPIs in conjunction with wider warranty team & dealer network.
- Manage warranty Criteria.
- Ensure compliance with claim criteria.
- Conduct Spare Parts Check Account Management with stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver relevant reports.
- Create, localise, and publish bulletins and communications.
- Provide coaching to new staff members and poor performers.
- Offer support to improve performance for individuals with poor KPI performance.
- Conduct post-audit coaching sessions.
- Develop a coaching program suited to the needs of the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred but not essential.
- Proven experience in warranty administration or related field.
- Volkswagen aftersales system experience essential.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Previous experience in coaching or mentoring roles is advantageous.
- Self-starter and ability to work on one's own initiative.
