About The Role

The social media & influencer manager supports Elfie's mission to fight chronic disease by amplifying its message through engaging content, effective strategies, and influencer partnerships. By collaborating with influencers, you\'ll expand brand reach, drive user acquisition, and build a supportive, health-conscious community across Elfie's global markets.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy at both global and market-specific levels, aligned with growth objectives and expansion plans.
• Source and onboard local influencers in each country in partnership with local teams, including talent identification, contract negotiation, and campaign management.
• Oversee influencer collaborations by coordinating content creation, ensuring brand alignment, and timely delivery according to schedules.
• Create and curate engaging, on-brand content for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), tailored to diverse markets.
• Manage Elfie's social media calendar, ensuring consistent, timely, and localized posting across markets.
• Analyze social media and influencer campaign metrics, deliver regular performance reports, and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media and influencer activities with broader marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor social trends, influencer landscape, and competitor activities to inform ongoing strategy and content innovation.
• Ensure compliance and brand safety in all influencer and social media activities, maintaining authenticity and professionalism.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in organic global social media marketing (building growth strategies); at least 3 years in the healthcare industry
• Proven track record of driving user growth and engagement through social media campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
