Overview

Director & Managing Consultant at Lumen Search – Role: Senior Architect/Technologist. Client: Renowned Architectural Studio. Location: Dublin City.

Our client is one of Ireland's most renowned architectural practices, delivering projects across sectors such as Commercial, Residential, Mission Critical, and Hospitality. They focus on forging lasting client relationships through an innovative and technical approach, offering services from Masterplanning through Fitout & Interiors.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects at all stages from inception through to delivery, in a client-facing capacity.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in leading teams and coordinating external stakeholders.
  • Apply knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and deliver projects to ISO 19650 standards.
  • Contribute to projects from inception through to site, conveying accurate information to different stakeholders.
Required Background
  • A relevant degree in Architecture/Architectural Technology.
  • 8+ years' experience in the industry; Data Centre experience is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Revit experience is essential.
  • Thorough knowledge of Irish building regulations.
  • Prior experience contributing to projects from inception through to site.
  • Strong communication to convey information effectively to stakeholders.
  • Self-driven with a can-do mentality and willingness to learn.
