Gallagher Ireland, part of the Arthur J Gallagher Group, one of the largest insurance brokerages globally, seeks an Employee Benefits Consultant for our Dublin office. This is a full-time position within our growing Employee Benefits Division. Gallagher Ireland boasts over 100 years of combined insurance experience, offering business, personal, and financial insurance solutions to protect what matters most.

How You'll Make An Impact
- Meet and exceed sales targets by analyzing employer needs and providing tailored Employee Benefits solutions.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to generate and retain business.
- Build strong relationships with customers, delivering high-quality advice to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities for client referrals and new business.
- Cross-sell Gallagher products and services.
- Monitor and report on Employee Benefits functionality and efficiencies to the EB Director.
- Provide regular updates on key metrics, new business, pipeline, industry developments, and products.
About You
- Proven experience in an Employee Benefits environment.
- Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and CIP in Health Insurance & Associated Insurances (CIP-05).
- Extensive client-facing experience with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Deep knowledge of the employee benefits market, industry trends, legislation, and standards.
- Strong commercial awareness of the Irish employee benefits landscape.
- Ability to identify and drive new business opportunities.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
