We are recruiting a Site Administrator to join our project in Letterkenny.
Your mission
- Support the site based commercial team to generate cost reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Interact and collaborate with other Company staff in the head office and on site.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion on all information associated with employee details.
- Reporting of KPI's.
- Completing the site resource tracker each week.
- General filing (on cloud) and office duties.
- Soft copy file management.
- Record Keeping.
- Assisting managers with clerical duties.
- Generating and managing statistics of site works.
- Experience of MS Excel essential.
- Other adhoc duties as required.
- Processing of goods received documents.
- Reporting to Site Project Manager.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate within a multi-disciplinary site team.
- At least 2 years' experience in a fast paced similar role.
- Strong IT experience with Microsoft office skills and pdf software tools.
- Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency, and strong time management skills.
- Knowledge of COINS software is advantageous (training can be provided).
- Knowledge of snagging related to construction would be a benefit, but is not essential.
