The Role

This is an opportunity to focus on high-profile plaintiff litigation matters within a workplace setting. You will be at the forefront of assisting clients through their most challenging times with the aim of positive outcomes.

You will be managing a diverse caseload of plaintiff litigation, working closely with the partner, you will deliver expert legal counsel and unwavering support to clients throughout the entire claims and litigation process.

Client care is at the forefront of the firms decisions, while staying abreast of the latest legal developments in litigation and health and safety law, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement in caseload management.

The Person

• Solicitor with 1-4 PQE
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and confidence
• Demonstrates exceptional legal research and drafting abilities
• Client focused approach
• Possesses a solid understanding of legal procedures and practices
• Capable of effective stakeholder management
