Responsibilities
  • Set and communicate team priorities aligned with broader organizational goals.
  • Establish clear expectations with team members, provide performance feedback, and support development.
  • Develop and evolve mid-term technical goals and roadmaps within your teams.
  • Design, guide, review systems designs, and develop code to solve ambiguous problems.
  • Review code, ensure best practices, and provide constructive feedback.
