Responsibilities
  • Acting as go-to contact for day-to-day reporting matters.
  • Leading and supporting process improvement initiatives across the department.
  • Preparing, coordinating financial reporting deliverables for clients.
  • Supporting resource planning and workload allocation within the team.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of financial statement workings and reports.
  • Monitoring deadlines to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring team members to reach their full potential.
Qualifications
  • Degree in finance, accounting, mathematics or related fields.
  • Professional qualification in ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or CFA.
  • Strong computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word is essential.
  • In-depth understanding of the fund administration industry.
  • Experience with accounting software such as Geneva, Investran or Yardi is an advantage. Mantra would be beneficial but not necessary.
  • Experience with financial reporting software like Confluence, RR Donnelley, Workiva would be beneficial but not necessary.
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of FRS 102, US GAAP, Lux GAAP and IFRS.
