Recruitment Consultant – ICDS Group | Galway or Dublin (Hybrid Options)

What you'll be doing
  • Running the full 360° recruitment cycle, matching top talent with leading employers.
  • Building lasting relationships with contractors, consultancies, and developers.
  • Sourcing, engaging, and guiding candidates from graduate to senior management.
  • Working on high-level assignments for key appointments in Ireland, UK and International.
  • Collaborating with a supportive, ambitious team that celebrates every win.
What we're looking for
  • Recruitment experience (construction/engineering/technical a bonus, but not essential).
  • People-focused with natural relationship-building skills.
  • Driven, ambitious, and ready to take ownership of your success.
