Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional face and body treatments according to The Wells Spa standards, using organic and results-driven products.
  • Advise guests on suitable treatments and products to enhance their spa experience.
  • Provide outstanding guest service, ensuring every visitor leaves with unforgettable memories.
  • Promote and upsell treatments and retail products to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the spa facilities.
  • Participate in ongoing training to refine skills and knowledge of our unique body and skincare ranges, including VOYA, ILA, and FLOURISH.
Qualifications
  • Fully qualified with experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications in both facial and body treatments at CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or ITEC level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Flexible including availability on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
