• Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other specialized therapies, with exceptional skill and precision.
• Tailor treatments to meet individual guests\' needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and memorable spa experience.
• Conduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their specific requirements and any medical considerations or contraindications.
• Provide expert recommendations on appropriate spa therapies and products based on guests\' desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with other spa staff to maintain a clean, organized, and serene spa environment.
• Uphold the highest standards of service quality and professionalism in all spa treatments and interactions with guests.
• Continuously seek feedback from guests to improve service and enhance the overall spa experience.
• Stay updated on the latest spa products and treatments, educating guests about their benefits and promoting retail sales.
• Encourage spa guests to experience additional treatments and services.
• Adhere to all spa safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
• Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation practices in treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and a luxurious spa experience throughout their visit.
• Handle guest concerns and inquiries with professionalism and care.

• Certification or diploma in spa therapy, massage therapy, aesthetics, or a related field.
• Significant experience as a spa therapist, with proven expertise in a variety of spa treatments.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of various spa therapies, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Professional demeanour and the ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanour during busy spa hours.
• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on spa operational hours.
