The Role:

As an Agency Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our European expansion, managing high-profile accounts and driving revenue growth. This is your chance to work with one of the fastest-growing players in social media, backed by a global professional services leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing high-value accounts
  • Drive revenue retention and expansion within your client base
  • Develop a deep understanding of our partners' businesses and tailor solutions to their needs
  • Stay ahead of online marketing trends and apply insights to client strategies
  • Establish clear advertising goals with agencies or direct accounts, including entering campaign goals (KPIs)

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in AdTech campaign management and sales/account management
  • Agency experience is a must
  • Proven track record in client relationship management
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing trends and best practices
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional proficiency in Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and presentation software
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to adapt quickly
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for innovative online technologies
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills

What We Offer:

  • Hybrid Work Model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.

  • Salary: €53,000 per year OTE.
