An exciting opportunity awaits for an individual to provide support in North Wicklow. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of confidence, creativity, humor, and strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in assisting the individual in exploring personal interests and fostering independence is essential.
Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one support to the individual, helping them develop and sustain positive social valued roles within their community.
- Offer supports in a creative, innovative, flexible and person-centred way.
- Collaborate to explore the individual's abilities and interests and tailor supports accordingly.
- Relevant experience in individualised ways of working, through a rights-based lens
- Ability to discover the individual's abilities and interests to support independence and community participation
- A willingness to be flexible with working hours based on support requirements
- Full, clean driver's license desirable
- Engaging position involves approximately 20 hours per week, with some flexibility
