Support Worker Role

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Assistant Support Worker: No qualification required; all necessary training will be provided.
  • Social Care Worker: A Level 7/8 degree in Social Care or a related discipline is required, along with registration with CORU.
  • Relevant life experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Good attitude to work and a passion for supporting people are essential.
