About the roleReporting to the Group Financial Controller, this is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across the organisation, while driving operational excellence and maintaining a strong control environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead group-wide financial reporting and consolidation
- Mentor and develop a team of qualified and part-qualified accountants
- Manage month-end close and ensure timely, accurate reporting
- Oversee statutory audits, tax compliance, and financial statements
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements
- Liaise with banking partners and ensure covenant compliance
- Maintain clean balance sheets with strong governance and controls
- Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies
- Deliver clear insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Support strategic initiatives and respond to ad hoc requests
About the person
- Qualified Accountant with min 6 years PQE
- Strong expertise in financial reporting and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
- Location: Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland
