About the role
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across the organisation, while driving operational excellence and maintaining a strong control environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead group-wide financial reporting and consolidation
Mentor and develop a team of qualified and part-qualified accountants
Manage month-end close and ensure timely, accurate reporting
Oversee statutory audits, tax compliance, and financial statements
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements
Liaise with banking partners and ensure covenant compliance
Maintain clean balance sheets with strong governance and controls
Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies
Deliver clear insights to internal and external stakeholders
Support strategic initiatives and respond to ad hoc requests
About the person
Qualified Accountant with min 6 years PQE
Strong expertise in financial reporting and compliance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
