We are hiring CSSD Technician into our Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the correct policies and procedures are always followed.
  • Rotate stock daily.
  • Inspect autoclaves and washer disinfectors daily before use.
  • Participate in staff rotation across departments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the department.
  • Uphold confidentiality regarding patient data and hospital operations.
  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Organize workload to ensure services are provided according to standards.
  • Report any unusual occurrences to the supervisor or department manager.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees.
  • Stay updated on new procedures related to the Department.
Requirements
  • Diploma or certification from an approved course.
  • Leaving Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with computers.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with sterile services or healthcare services is preferred.
  • Knowledge of EN ISO standards applicable to Sterile Services.
  • Keep updated with changes in Sterile Services and share knowledge with staff.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
