Corporate/M&A Solicitors [1 to 7 Year + PQE]

Due to significant demand, we are seeking expressions of interest from ambitious Corporate/Commercial Solicitors looking to advance their career by making a lateral move in Corporate. There has never been a better time to make a move.

With enhanced/market leading salaries, accelerated progression on offer, we are recruiting for Corporate at; Solicitor, Associate, Senior Associate, Of Counsel and Salary Partner level. Our clients are leading Irish [large, mid-tier, boutique] and International [new entrants & established] firms. [We can also facilitate corporate lawyers from leading Irish/International firms in Dublin looking for a move to London].

Ideally you will have experience in all or some of the following [Law firms have a preference for Corporate experience gained in Ireland];

  • Corporate/Commercial Solicitors will ideally have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year PQE and/or trained with Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3 Ranked firms, Top/Mid or boutique law firms in Ireland, Northern Ireland or the UK.
  • Those with relevant Corporate/Commercial experience looking to move back from In-House/Industry.
  • Experience in M&A / Cross-Border M&A and Private Equity Deals
  • Experience in corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, venture capital and private equity.
  • Experience in shareholder agreements, joint ventures, corporate structures and company law.
  • Exits including trade sales, mergers and IPOs.
  • Seed capital and growth financing rounds.
  • Corporate re-organisations/re-structuring's
  • Corporate governance
  • Excellent technical and drafting skills, with an exceptional attention to detail.
