The Glenroyal Hotel are looking for a Sous Chef to join their team.

We are looking for a passionate chef and leader for both Arkle bar and Restaurant and Shoda Market Cafe. This is a full time position.

What Would Be Required

  • Leading team to deliver consistent standards
  • Being organised and keeping high standards, being consistent in all dishes
  • Preparing high quality of food in lien with Covid and HACAP guidelines.
  • Ensuring a clean, safe and tidy working environment at all times.

How Much Experience Is Needed
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar full time role.

Skills required:
  • Flair, creativity and skill in the kitchen.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a busy environment and as part of a team.
  • Have excellent communication & organisational skills including fluent English.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
  • Flexibility with regards to working hours.
  • Keep a safe and healthy working environment for all team members
  • Advanced/Higher Certificate (Preferred)
