We are looking for a passionate chef and leader for both Arkle bar and Restaurant and Shoda Market Cafe.This is a full time position. If this sounds like the job for you , please get in touch What would be required Leading team to deliver consistent standards Being organised and keeping high standards, being consistent in all dishes Preparinghigh quality of food in lien with Covid and HACAP guidelines. Ensuring a clean, safe and tidy working environment at all times. How much experience is needed Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar full time role. Skills required: Flair, creativity and skill in the kitchen. Excellent attention to detail. Able to work in a busy environment and as part of a team. Have excellent communication & organisational skills including fluent English. Ability to maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety. Flexibility with regards to working hours.
