We're seeking an experienced and proactive EHS Lead to promote health, safety, and environmental excellence across our projects, particularly those involving high-risk activities.

What You'll Do:
  1. Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance on all project sites
  2. Conduct risk assessments, manage site-specific safety setups, and investigate incidents
  3. Deliver safety training and ensure clear safety communication
  4. Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients
What You'll Bring:
  • A relevant Diploma or Degree in Health & Safety
  • 2+ years of EHS experience (preferably in construction or project-based environments)
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • The capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel between Cahir and project sites
  • A drive to develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
