As part of our expansion, we are currently looking for a suitably motivated - Legal Executive - to join our group.

As a Legal Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting MBRYONICS' legal operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance in our fast-paced, global environment. This 18-month fixed-term contract offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of advanced technology and international law, with some flexibility.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate Legal Advice: Facilitate and coordinate legal advice on diverse topics with outside counsel, covering Irish, international, European, and US law, including commercial, governance, employment, contract, IP, export control and space law.
  • Compliance & Governance Support: Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance strategies and frameworks across various legal areas and jurisdictions.
  • Contract & Export Control Management: Lead the day-to-day management of contracts and NDAs, and support commercial and export control requirements, including meticulous document management.
  • Legal Research & Training: Keep abreast of relevant legal developments in the fields most relevant to the company and coordinate legally required training for employees.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external legal partners.

Who You Are
  • Experience: 2+ years as a Legal Executive, Paralegal, or similar legal support role, preferably in a corporate or multinational setting.
  • Legal Acumen: Strong understanding of legal principles with an interest in international and commercial law.
  • Organised & Proactive: Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desirable Skills
  • Experience with contract management software or legal databases.
  • Familiarity with export control or IP management.
  • Background in aerospace, high-tech manufacturing, or telecommunications.
