• Uncapped commission - top performers regularly earn €12,000+ on top of their base salary.

• Representing a well-known charity through door-to-door fundraising, inspiring long-term monthly support.
• Focusing on hitting and exceeding your own KPIs - with strong earning potential through uncapped commission.
• Providing occasional support (approx. 20% of your time) to new starters in the field, helping with on-the-job learning, confidence-building, and encouragement.

• Previous experience in face-to-face fundraising/sales (door-to-door, street fundraising, or events).
• A full, clean driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ideally based in a city centre for easy team collection and drop-off.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with a results-driven mindset.
• A passion for making a difference and engaging with the public.

• Location: Nationwide
• Salary: €30,000 base + €12,000 performance bonus (uncapped earning potential) + fuel card
• Additional Perks: €7 daily lunch allowance (€1,750+ per year)
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (6-month fast-track to Team Leader)
• Hours: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): €43,750+ per year, with no limit on overachievement
