• Providing guidance and support (approximately 20% of working time) to new team members, enhancing their confidence and on-the-job learning experience.

• Previous experience in face-to-face fundraising or sales, preferably with a strong background in leading teams and achieving results-driven targets.
• A valid full driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for daily operations.
• Ideal location in a city center for convenient team collection and drop-off points.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
